Tax Preparer position is Seasonal, Full time, IN-OFFICE preferred. Hybrid is OK for the right candidate.
We are currently searching for a local, experienced tax preparer that possesses the following professional qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience preparing individual tax returns
Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and evaluate accounting transactions and records as it pertains to the tax returns.
Experience with “paperless workpapers”
Working knowledge and proficiency of Lacerte, QuickBooks, Excel, Word, and Adobe software
The ability to work with partners, co-workers and clients to maintain excellent client service levels
Experience in researching and resolving tax issues.
Enrolled Agent designation is preferred but not required.
