Looking for 2 tax professionals for the upcoming tax season.
We are a small CPA firm in Burlingame seeking an interim Sr. Tax Accountant for the upcoming tax season. Work will commence on February 1 through mid-April. The Sr. Tax Accountant will prepare various income and indirect tax returns. The role is a remote, contract role, I am looking for two individuals who can work 20-40 hours/week, and pay is $40-$75/hour DOE. Flexible hours. Would love to have someone who will come back in October or next tax season. We are a friendly team of two, and if you are in the bay area, you are welcome to come into the office.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Preparation of income and indirect tax returns for various entity types.
Input and verify client data.
Assist in the preparation of correspondence with the client.
Administrative tasks as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 2-4 years of tax preparation experience
Attention to detail
BS in Accounting preferred
CPA or EA license preferred.
CCH Axcess experience is a plus.
