Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with an experienced Farmers Agency Owner to learn the business.
Participate in the University of Farmers® training program to develop insurance industry knowledge and sales skills.
Assist in generating new business leads and maintaining client relationships.
Develop a deep understanding of Farmers Insurance products and services.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the agency.
Qualifications:
Strong desire to learn and grow within the insurance industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
Must meet all applicable eligibility requirements to qualify for the Protégé Agency Producer Program.
