We are a provider of pipe replacement services to homeowners and commercial property managers. We have focused our business on the inspection, diagnosis and trenchless replacement of sewer laterals. We are seeking to add an individual to our staff that will help us provide better customer service.
The ideal candidate for this position is a highly motivated individual with three years of experience as a plumber and who has good communication and people skills. This individual will be trained in our system for diagnosing broken and/or leaking pipe problems and the methods to repair them. He or she must be able to translate this training into an understandable message to the property owner
Work Hours: Normal work hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday
Be available to work irregular hours if required to meet customer needs
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
After training, this position will have significant independence of action and the use of a company provided vehicle
The candidate must be able to project a confident, professional image.
This position will inspect sewer laterals with camera equipment and provide a diagnosis to the customer of the cause of their problem.
This position will discuss with the customer the options available to mitigate their problem and provide an estimate of the cost for those options.

Have a clean driving record.
Learn to estimate job costs and complete contracts using a proprietary pricing system.
Be mechanically inclined and competent to safely operate the following:
Sewer pipe inspection cameras
Pipe location equipment
Be familiar with local plumbing codes and practices
