We are a small family-owned General Contractor has been in business over 41 years and has consistent workflow. We are seeking a junior project manager with a construction background who will help oversee projects in all corners of the Bay Area (San Francisco, Hayward, Pittsburg, San Jose, etc.). Candidates must be willing to visit multiple jobsites in different areas daily. We do everything from apartment remodel, private home remodel, commercial projects, facade work, etc.
Job Requirements:
-Valid driver's license and reliable source of transportation
-Strong communication and time management skills
-Problem solver who is dependable and result oriented
-Familiar with or willing to learn; word, excel, google docs, one note, etc
-Team leader who works efficiently and knows how to maximize the crews talents
Daily Tasks and Duties:
-Overseeing multiple jobs at once and visiting them daily
-Reports to Supervisors and uploads progress pictures
-Superior customer service and managing our clients expectations
-Communicating and delegating tasks with subcontractors and work force
-Responding to emails and calls
-Prioritizes tasks and adheres to project schedule
-Runs materials to jobsites as needed
