We’re growing fast and need a detail-oriented Service Advisor who loves helping customers bring their RV dreams to life — from simple diagnostics to full off-grid systems.
Position Overview
As our Service Advisor, you’ll be the bridge between customers and our expert technicians. You’ll guide RV owners through diagnostics, repair, and upgrade options while ensuring smooth communication and accurate estimates. You’ll use your organizational skills and customer focus to manage projects efficiently — keeping the shop productive and customers thrilled.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers, assess service needs, and document vehicle information
Create and manage estimates, work orders, and approvals in QuickBooks / CRM
Communicate daily with Shop Manager and customers on job progress
Coordinate scheduling, upcoming parts needed and warranty claims
Support the Shop Manager with workflow tracking and service documentation
Maintain excellent customer relationships with transparency and care
Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in RV, Automotive, or Marine Service Advising preferred
Strong mechanical understanding of 12vDC/120vAC systems (RV experience a plus)
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and confident using computers (QuickBooks, Outlook, CRM)
Passion for helping customers and working in a team-oriented shop
Positive, “can-do” attitude and professional appearance
