1. 2+ years service writer experience
2. Good automotive knowledge

This position interacts directly with our customers, technicians, and suppliers. You will greet customers, write up jobs, collaborate with technicians on recommended work needed, and educate customers on how best to move forward. In addition, you will help direct work-flow, job scheduling and order parts. And most importantly, you will have FUN! Our employees all enjoy what they do, work as a team, and value helping our customers.
