We are a growing automotive repair business in Campbell with two locations. We are seeking a person that is passionate about cars and skilled in customer service. We’re looking for a dedicated Service Writer to join our team of auto repair professionals. Our busy shop is looking for the right person to be the welcoming face of our business and provide exceptional service to our valued customers.
What You’ll Do:
Act as the liaison between customers and our skilled technicians
Assess customer needs and recommend services
Schedule appointments and manage workflow
Provide exceptional customer care and follow-up
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues, with professionalism
Maintain accurate records of service orders and customer information
Process payments and handle transactions securely
