We are a small construction company seeking a Front Desk Sales Helper
In need of someone who can start Right Away
The ideal candidate should be a friendly "people person" who is professional, proactive, energetic, and have great communication skills.
Some of the responsibilities include:
Front Desk:
Sales
Answering telephone calls
Quotes/Estimates
Provide administrative support to all staff
Maintain and update office files
General office duties
Experience/Skills required:
Construction Office experience is a plus.
Proficient in Word and Excel.
MUST Be Bilingual - SPANISH
Fast learner
Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks and assignments.
Ability to use independent judgement to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail is a MUST!
Capable of working independently or collaboratively.
Part time 5 days a week Monday - Friday from 7am -4:00pm (times may very)
