Client Care Coordinator

Compensation: $30-35/hour, Dependent on experience

Employment type: full time, 40 hours per week

We're looking for an inspired, self-driven Client Care Coordinator to help run our North Oakland Network Spinal Chiropractic wellness center.

Succeeding in this position requires an enthusiastic desire to make a difference as well as the ability to learn client care systems and nervous system wellness for patient education.

REQUIREMENTS:

Desire to practice, learn and be excellent with using scripts for phones and in office sales

You are genuinely passionate about healing and transformation and open to participating in the healing services we offer our clients (NetworkSpinal chiropractic and SRI: Somato Respiratory Integration)

Compensation: $30-35 hourly rate determined by experience and qualifications.

Production-based monetary bonuses are included.

Our ideal candidate must be flexible with hours. Primarily in person, with Friday work from home hours. Must be available in person at our office on Monday 11:45 AM - 815 PM, Tuesday 11:45 AM-815 PM, Wednesday 8:30 AM- 5 PM, and Thursday 11:45 AM - 8:15 PM. Fridays work from home 9-5. Hours listed include 30 min meal breaks.

Must be available 1-2 Saturdays per quarter for day time events.

Experience:

Google Suite: 1 year minimum (Required)

Customer service: 1 year minimum (Required)

Ability to Commute: Oakland, CA 94609 (Required)

Work Location: In person and work from home hybrid
