National Labor Management Company is seeking experienced Client Services Representative (CSR) to assist City Manager in San Francisco and surrounding area. Part-time & Full-time schedule, some hours are determined by events, nights and weekends are required.
Essential Skills:
Ensure the highest level of face-to-face customer service to both clients and employees
Work on show floor for all No. CA shows
Work in San Francisco office when needed to support the City Manager
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and time management
Meet deadlines while working independently
Strong computer skills: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Quick books, CRM Software is a plus
Must be able to track and process:
I. Hours for individual projects for invoicing
II. Employee time for payroll
III. Digital updating of worksite progress
Most importantly, a team player!
