CLIENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST // ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a quick, eager, and detail-oriented client support specialist to join our passionate team of creatives at Artworks Foundry. Ideal candidate is a highly driven team player, with strong communication skills, and a desire to work with artists and art enthusiasts. A sense of humor is also a BIG plus!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Support
- Greet and assist walk-ins and scheduled clients
- Answer incoming calls, gather pertinent information, and relay to appropriate person
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Manage client project info and assets
- Organize and maintain client file database
Sales Support
- Liaise between client and sales
- Manage sales and visitor calendars
- Meet with clients to gather project information for estimation
- Project work orders
- Other duties as requested or assigned
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Strong attention to detail
Positive, can-do attitude
Ability to work independently as well as in team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong, organizational skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced production environment
Microsoft 365
