Dry Cleaners looking for a FT PT counter rep to greet and assist customers.
Learn our customer service software. Includes inventory and racking of clothes.
Answer phones/texts/emails to customers questions. Ability to resolve customer problems and provide resolution.
Communicating with driverswith route/customer issues while they are picking up/delivering clothes.
Work as a good team member.
Computer skills -basic. Communication skills written and verbal.
Customer Service Skills very helpful.
Punctual & Reliable.
English speaking, spanish very helpful.
