International Aquatic Trades is a small company that manufactures and sells Doc’s Proplugs (earplugs used by consumers, medical offices, and distributors). We’re looking for a reliable, organized person to help with daily operations and customer support.
Job Duties Include:
Serving as the main line of communication between the company and our customers/clients
Answering customer emails and phone calls
Calling customers back and resolving questions
Processing orders from our website and email (consumer / medical/wholesale / distributor)
Assisting with international shipping documents (we will train)
Helping co-workers with questions related to Doc’s Proplugs
Requirements:
Excellent communication and listening skills
Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus
Comfortable using a computer, CRM systems, and other customer service tools
Able to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working in a small, laid-back, and friendly work environment that is supportive and accommodating to employees
Hours: Full Time (M–F) — position starts immediately
