We are an app development startup located in Palo Alto. We are looking for a Customer Service Admin to join our live-streaming platform!
Responsibilities:
Providing high-level customer service and hospitality to users
Familiarity with all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Identify user needs, quickly troubleshoot the technical issues, and report to the engineering teams.
Willingness and flexibility to collaborate effectively with peers and cross-functional teams to support various projects as needed
Flexibility to work late evening as needed due to time zone differences
Test new features, plug-ins, and upgrades to ensure they are compatible
Multilingualism will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Contract
Pay: $25.00 per hour
