Job Description:
Novodiax is a diagnostic company providing products to both domestic and international markets. We are in early stage of commercialization and looking for a warm and organized individual to join our commercialization team. This individual is expected to answer customer’s questions related with purchase orders through calls and emails, provide quotations and invoices to customers, deliver purchase orders to manufacturing dept and help in product packaging and shipping. Company will provide necessary training.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with customer via email and calls in a courteous and timely fashion
Create customer invoices for sales orders
Process credit card payment
Help in product packaging and shipping
Coordinate with the team on any returns or orders
Assist with other tasks related with customer services
Qualifications:
Associate or college degree.
Must be a team player
Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
Keen orientation to detail.
Excellent organization skills and logical thinking.
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Excellent follow through on daily tasks and projects
Office software proficient
