Bulls Glass and Screen Center- Office/Shop help needed (San Jose west)
Job Description:
Need a full-time office and shop Coordinator in a Glass shop in West San Jose. Personable, efficient, organized and detail oriented nature is a must. Prefer someone with experience in Windows, Glass & Screens. Fluency in Tape Measure is a Plus.
Responsibilities include:
Unloading, moving and loading glass with help.
Receive, screen and route Incoming Telephone calls and visitors
Computer savvy.
Work with QuickBooks to create sales orders, invoices and purchase orders.
Maintaining files and completing filling as needed
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the office and shop
Team Player with proactive, "roll up your sleeves" "Do job without being told" work ethic
Extensive walking and Standing
Sales experience a definite plus
Minimum Requirements:
Must be a quick learner
Being Comfortable with reading and working with tape measures and Numeric Measuring.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer Service focused and believes good service is not optional
Confident and present yourself well to customers
Answering Phones, Assisting Staff, Helping Customers and maintain cleanliness of the shop
Attention to Details. The Ability to follow direction
Positive Attitude and self-motivated
Basic Computer Knowledge for typing, research and tasks
Good Analytical and Problem solving Skills. Ability to work independently
Energetic, Motivated, Hardworking and love to help in all aspects of the business
You Must Be Reliable, honest, trustworthy and Responsible, with Positive Attitude
PAYS BETWEEN $20+ Depending on Qualifying Skills.
