Rex Lock & Safe is looking for someone to be a customer service representative focused on scheduling/dispatching our locksmith services and selling our products. Our Customer Service/Dispatcher/Sales Rep will answer phones, set up service calls, help with dispatching technicians and maintaining service call notes, along with various marketing roles to current and prospective customers. Employee must have good communication skills and be independently motivated. This is an awesome place to work, with a fun staff!
MAIN DUTIES:
- Answer phones
- Schedule appointments with customers
- Assist with dispatching technicians
- Maintain notes/logs of service calls
- Follow up with customers about jobs
- Greet customers in shop
- Help ring up shop transactions
- Order & organize showroom products
- Monitor showroom inventory
- Bilingual a plus
- Good communication skills
MARKETING DUTIES:
- Marketing mailers and customer outreach
- Maintain customer database for mailing/emailing
- Follow up with customers about jobs
- Monitor social media accounts
PAY & BENEFITS:
- Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
- $25+ per hour (depending on experience)
- Commission pay based on monthly sales
- Signing bonus available to right applicant
