We are seeking a responsible and hardworking individual to join our team as Front Desk Staff at our new and growing pickleball gym. As a key member of our team, you will play an essential role in creating a welcoming environment for both members and guests, managing daily operations, and ensuring the smooth running of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist members and guests with a positive and friendly attitude
Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, reservations, and payment processing
Provide information about memberships, programs, and pickleball events
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Ensure that all facility policies and procedures are followed
Address member concerns or direct them to the appropriate staff
Perform general administrative duties as required

Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work flexible hours, evenings and weekends are a must
Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role is a plus
