The Palace Theater creates immersive, experience-driven productions for adventurous audiences, producing both public performances and private events such as corporate gatherings, weddings, and team-building celebrations. The company is committed to workplace diversity, inclusion, and the well-being of staff, performers, and guests. Front of House (FOH) Associates are part-time, non-exempt team members and support the Venue Director and Event Manager during events. They collaborate closely with fellow FOH staff and the broader Operations team to deliver seamless, 5-Star guest experiences while upholding all venue standards, procedures, and safety expectations.
FOH Associates are responsible for setting up and breaking down venue elements, managing guest check-in and seating, providing coat check services, assisting with guest needs, bussing items during events, and resetting the venue afterward. They must maintain professionalism, communicate clearly, anticipate guest needs, and uphold a polished appearance and positive attitude, even in high-stress moments. The role requires flexibility, the ability to improvise, physical stamina, and a focus on hospitality excellence. Candidates should have at least one year of hospitality experience, preferably in both private events and theatrical environments.
