The Olympian Gas Station is seeking candidates to fill a full time cashier position. This is a Monday through Friday position with weekends off. Mondays from 6:00am to 2:00pm, Tuesdays to Fridays 2:00pm to 10:00pm. Pay starts at $19.00 per hour with the potential for more based on experience. Employees receive one week paid vacation after one year of employment, two weeks paid vacation after three years of employment.
Job duties include:
- Being friendly and giving excellent customer service
- Showing up on time, every time
- Counting cash, cigarettes and Lottery tickets at the start and end of each shift
- Conducting transactions on a touch screen cash register
- Cash handling
- Selling gas, snacks, beverages, cigarettes, Lottery tickets, and more
- Checking ID’s for cigarette and Lottery purchases
- Order, receive, and stock shelves with products
- Clean and maintain the property, dispensers, restroom, and kiosk
- Conduct the Shift Close and Store Close procedures
Candidates must have experience as a cashier, gas station experience is a plus! With that said, if you have a positive attitude, a good work ethic, we want to hear from you.
