We are small growing e commerce company, looking for hardworking, detail oriented and dedicated team member. Working hour: M-F 8am - 5pm
Primary duties and responsibilities include:
Processing orders thru phone and online
Data entry / invoicing
Answering phones
Printing shipping label.
Plus perform any other office related duties
Qualification
Strong empathy and a genuine interest in helping others.
Comfortable with multitasking and adapting to varied customer needs.
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
