Job Overview:
The Brand Ambassador will act as the face of EMG's third party gas provider, promoting our gas services and values to potential and existing customers. This role involves engaging with the community, increasing brand awareness, and fostering positive relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Promotion: Represent EMG's third party gas provider at industry events, community functions, and public engagements, effectively communicating our brand values and service offerings
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, and providing information about our gas services and benefits
Market Research: Gather and analyze feedback from customers and the market to help refine our marketing strategies and service offerings
Reporting: Track and report on the effectiveness of promotional activities and provide insights for continuous improvement
Requirements:
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences. Proficiency in English (proficiency in a second language is highly valued!)
Experience: Proven experience in brand ambassadorship, marketing, or related fields (Previous experience in the energy sector is a plus!)
Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships, both internally and externally
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Professional Appearance: Presentable and professional demeanor suitable for public engagements and media interactions
