Marin Home Care in Tiburon (Marin) is seeking a dedicated Office Manager. The Home Care Office Manager acts as the point person for senior leadership in the office, overseeing the coordination of the various support services, maintaining communication systems, scheduling, assisting with payroll / billing, processing data, and answering calls. The Office Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of Caregivers, which involves both the engagement and development of these team members.

Job Summary: Office management, helping with interviews, hiring, creating disciplinary documentation, employee outreach, support and scheduling home care. Assistant to Office Administrator. Direct responsibility for the management of the answering service contract.

Organizational Relationship: Reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer

Qualifications: Associate degree (preferred). High School graduate or proof of post-secondary education Computer literate in MS Word and Excel, Clearcare experience is a plus Organized, meticulous and gives attention to detail. Must have a criminal background check.

Responsibilities: Manage online software scheduling. Employee / Caregiver staffing and scheduling, employee outreach and Office reception functions. Accounts receivable and payable. Assured phones are answered in a professional and courteous manner. Takes telephone referral information and if staff is unavailable and passes referrals as soon as possible. Ordering of office supplies and forms. Responsible for managing the answering service contract, handling and processing complaints and forwarding complaint logs to the Administrator. Assists in all activities that are required of the Administrator & Director of Care Management. Is productive and uses time efficiently. Follows instructions, is-punctual and attendance is acceptable. Is self-reliant and plans appropriately. Is customer service oriented and relationship driven. Has ability to multitask, follow through and meet deadlines. Performs other duties as assigned.

Hours: Monday-Friday (Full-time employment)
