We are looking for an Office Administrator / Dispatcher to work closely with our company owner & office manager
The ideal candidate will have a positive, professional attitude, along with excellent oral and written communication skills.
We would prefer someone that lives in the SF or Peninsula areas
Responsibilities
To assist office manager with light admin duties, entering invoices, closing call tickets, follow up quotes and correspondence.
Schedule appointments and dispatch service technicians using Housecall Pro software.
Desired Skills
Excellent customer service is a must
Knowledge of Dispatching functions in a service-based industry
Familiar with Plumbing services
Excellent time management
Attention to detail and problem-solving
Strong organizational skills with multi-tasking as a strong strength
