This is an on-site commission based sales job offering a variety of our car washes to our guests. This job is perfect for someone with great customer service skills and is looking for a flexible working schedule. Need to be able to work 3-6 hours a day and at least one day over the weekends.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
Promote and sell car wash memberships and packages.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with a positive attitude.
Educate customers about car wash processes and services.
Track sales performance and customer interactions for reporting.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus).
Friendly, outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic technical knowledge or willingness to learn about car wash systems.
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
