We are a small-medium sized Cleaning Company looking for a bright and motivated trustworthy office Assistant
Job Description/ Requirements:
- Invoicing completed jobs
- Entering subcontractor/ Customers bills into Our System as well as processing their payments
- Entering receipts or expense reports
- Ensuring the company's insurances are up to date with customers
- Coordinating with our insurance companies to update insurance documents and submit to compliance checking websites
- Support upper management in any special tasks needed
- Support estimators in any special tasks needed
- online booking customer service, Google mail, Google Sheets proficient
- Bilingual preferred. (Read, write and speak English and Spanish)
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Full time
-Willing to learn and help with estimating.
- In person position (not remote)
