Our mission is to revolutionize how people create with audio, and we're looking for a passionate Order Fulfillment Associate to join us on this journey - ensuring our customers receive their products on time and with the highest quality, all while delivering a great overall customer experience.
The Role
We are looking for an Order Fulfillment Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be ensuring timely and accurate shipments to our customers, processing returns, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational and written skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service to learn how a small consumer startup operates.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be able to multitask effectively and have excellent communication skills.
Commitment
This role will require approximately 20 hours per week with responsibilities expanding based on performance.
The candidate would be expected to work in-person from our Mission office at least 3 days per week.
