Showing Representative (temporary for now).
Bay area Residential Property Management company needs a showing representative Thursday-Sunday starting August 29th thru September 30th, 2024. The first weekend will be shadowing our current showing agent to show you the ropes. Basically, we show multiple properties throughout the Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties to perspective tenants. $32/hour plus $0.55 per mile reimbursement (must maintain a mileage log). The showings can last from just a few minutes to 20-30 minutes depending on how many perspective tenants show up.
It could be anywhere from 3-7 property showings per day with the average of 5-6 per day on the weekends. Said showing representative will arrive to the property a few minutes before the set appointment to open the doors, turn on lights, and greet the guests as they arrive. No selling or negotiation required (or expected). Showing rep to close up the property making sure lights are off, and all doors and windows are locked. You should have plenty of time to arrive at the next property.
A Real Estate License is a bonus, but not required (special instructions if you do not have a RE license). You must live in the Bay Area (Santa Clara or San Mateo County).

· Reliable car (in top shape)
· Current auto insurance (we will require a copy of insurance prior to hiring).
Communication (at least speak and understand conversational English)
· Cell phone.
· Knowledge of the major streets in Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties.
· Willingness to fill out an application.
· Acknowledge this is a temporary position.
· Acknowledge the pay is $32/hour plus mileage reimbursement at $0.55/mile.
