Requirements:
You genuinely like people! We are in guest services and we're nothing without the guests we serve.
You're a hard worker. Our salon floor gets very busy; we hustle. If you enjoy working shoulder-to-shoulder with people who love what they do this is a good fit.
You are not afraid of hard work and jumping in! Much of the job requirements are seating and hosting guests as well as answering phones and emails; we also expect all team members to jump in to maintain a clean and beautiful work environment.
You instinctively look for what can or needs to be completed next.
You are able to prioritize tasks in a way that makes sense to a guest centered environment.
Excellent verbal communication skills (or more importantly, a willingness to learn and adapt to communication-obsessed culture) is a must.
