Hello there and thank you for your interest in looking at our posting for a new Sushi Chef position. Our family operated restaurant is currently looking for another sushi chef to join our team. We are looking to hire someone who is open-minded, friendly, eager to learn and fast, and most of all, committed to satisfying our customers. We are a fast-paced restaurant and we are always aiming for quality at a reasonable pace to keep up with our customers.
A few requirements we are looking for are:
- 2 years working experience with Sushi (nigiri, sashimi, rolls, cutting/breaking down fish, etc.)
- MUST have experienced Knife skills
- English. Employee must be able to speak intermediate conversational English (ESL is ok, just need to be able to
communicate with customers, other employees, etc)
