Redwood City wholesale bakery seeks Full Customer Service Representative. This position is responsible for entering/facilitating orders from customers, updating orders, and generating invoices in a timely manner with specific timeframes. This position ensures that customers receive answers to their questions and solutions to their problems, working closely with Operations, Sales and Buyers. They provide production information to customers that will in turn provide the opportunity to up sell.
The ideal candidate must be a highly motivated individual, reliable, organized; details oriented, and possess good communication, telephone sales, and customer service skills. Must be fast and precise, able to multitask, computer literate, good under pressure. – position includes Sunday shifts. Bakery knowledge preferred.
