We are SF City Kid Camp and we are all about creating the endless summer, backyard feel for our campers. We are looking for both a counselor and a lead counselor to help round out our staffing this summer. This will be our FIFTH summer in San Francisco and we have a dedicated community of awesome campers and families that love our program - going on field trips each day, providing emotional and social support and learning opportunities, and best of all providing games, activities, and spaces for just free hanging and enjoying the outdoors.

If interested, please reply with a cover letter explaining your youth work experience and what makes you most excited about that "summertime" feeling. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in group facilitation, group supervision, navigating field trips, restorative practices, implementing socioemotional learning, builds relationships with youth easily and naturally, enjoys the outdoors, and can delegate tasks well to others.
Pay rate pending on experience: $25-29/hr for those capable of fulfilling the responsibilities of the lead staff; $19.18-$22 for counselors.
