RE: CHESS & SOCCER COACH at City of San Jose
RBA is currently looking for a committed CHESS & SOCCER COACH for part time position at City of SAN JOSE, and SANTA CLARA. Applicants should have coaching experience and/or knowledge working with children ranging ages from 2 to 10 years old for Soccer and 5 to 14 years for Chess. The philosophy of RBA programs is to engage children in learning both sport-specific activities and life-skills, in a fun and positive atmosphere. Applicants must be able to embrace these ideas while providing strong leadership and commitment to program participants.
CHESS:
The position is a part time job for a college student or an adult who enjoys coaching children starting on the Summer/Fall. It is an enrichment program, year-round at SAN JOSE on Saturday from 10:00am to 12pm, and/or at SANTA CLARA on Wednesday from 3:30 to 5:30pm, and camps during the school breaks and Summer. Must have a passion and be excellent with children. Good sense of humor, flexible, energetic, and with great self-management skills are all required. Many of the students are learning the activity for the first time. Coaches must provide their own transportation and to have the ability to transport themselves and the provided equipment to the location.
SOCCER:
The position is a part time job for a college student or an adult who enjoys coaching children starting on the Summer/Fall. It is an enrichment program, year-round at San Jose on Saturday from 9:00am to 12pm, and camps during the school breaks and Summer. Must have a passion and be excellent with children. Good sense of humor, flexible, energetic, and with great self-management skills are all required. Many of the students are learning the activity for the first time. Coaches must provide their own transportation and to have the ability to transport themselves and the provided equipment to the location.
