Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Job description:
Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities
- Create and implement daily schedules and routines
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Change diapers and assist with potty training
- Monitor children's behavior and address any issues or concerns
- Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare space- basic housekeeping responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or nannying
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices and guidance techniques for children
- Ability to provide caregiving and support to children of various ages
- Familiarity with daycare or classroom settings
- Understanding of early childhood education principles
- First aid & CPR certification (EMSA) and background check
- Ability to handle toddler care responsibilities
