Job Title: Early Childhood English Teacher (TK & Kindergarten focus)

Job Description
Are you a high-energy educator who loves working with our youngest learners? We are looking for dynamic, dedicated, and patient teachers to inspire TK through 5th Grade students, with a specific focus on building foundational English skills for our TK and Kindergarten groups.
Our mission is to make the transition into academic life joyful and effective. You will be the face of their first English learning experience, helping them develop a lifelong love for reading and communication.
Start Date: Early January, 2026
Details:
Hours: 7– 20 hours per week.
Schedule: Monday – Friday afternoons.
Location: A bright, sunny, and welcoming office in Milpitas.
Foundational Instruction: Deliver engaging lessons on phonics, basic vocabulary, and early reading comprehension tailored for TK/K attention spans.
Classroom Engagement: Use songs, storytelling, and interactive tools to keep young students focused and excited.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
Classroom Management: Proven ability to manage a classroom of young children (4–6 years old) with kindness and structure.
Early Literacy Knowledge: Understanding of how young children acquire language and literacy skills.
Certification: Teaching Certification (Preferred).
Physical Setting & Requirements
Setting: School / Learning Center.
Commute: Must be able to commute to Milpitas, CA 95035.
Language: Native-level English proficiency.
