What you do:
- Attend 2-3 training sessions
- Revise a preexisting curriculum, which includes psychology / public speaking / social skills
- Teach a class to middle school students from the Bay Area
Timeframe:
September 2024 through April 2025, Sunday afternoon for 1.5 hours, breaks for holidays as appropriate
4-5 hours / week
Qualifications:
- Must be a high school graduate (18+)
- Deliver lessons in a clear and understandable manner, ensuring students grasp key concepts
- Preferably has prior experience in tutoring or teaching
- No prior experience is required
- Able to engage with students in a classroom environment
- Holds interest in psychology, public speaking, and social skills
- You live in the San Francisco Bay Area, preferably near Cupertino / West San Jose.
- Your oral and written communication is fluent
