Christian Preschool in the Cambrian area of San Jose is seeking a full-time Lead Preschool Teacher (older 2's and 3's) who are passionate about making a difference in children's lives and have the call to minister to young children ages 2 through entry into first grade.

Lead Teacher Qualifications:
Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field and experience or equivalent. Bachelor degree preferred.
Over 24 ECE units and 2 years’ experience or equivalent.
Current Pediatric CPR/AED/First Aid certification
8-hours Preventative Health and Safety training
Child Development Teacher Permit preferred
Other Requirements:
Pass Background Check; complete LIC 508 and if already cleared also complete LIC 9182.
Pass physical exam showing immunizations for TB, measles, influenza and pertussis by licensed physician; complete LIC 503
Concurrence with mandated reporting requirements, complete LIC 9052
Concurrence with child abuse reporting requirements, complete LIC 9108

Job Type: Full-time $22 - $29 per hour depending on individual experience, education and position requirements.
