Tree House Hollow is seeking a new teacher at our Creekside Campus, which serves children ages 3-5 in a nature-based setting. Must be enthusiastic about the outdoors, young children, and have a joyful spirit. Must have at least 12 ECE core units. Some experience is desired (but not necessary for the right person).
About us: We are a small 501c3 non-profit organization with a low student/teacher ratio, based in Sebastopol for 40 years. Our focus is on play and nature based learning, mostly outdoors, rain or shine! In our staff we value honesty, kindness, reliability, and enthusiastic energy. We practice positive discipline and peaceful communication with our co-teachers, children, and community.
35-38 hours/week. Pay is 21.50/hr. for fully qualified teachers, with regular increases, paid holidays, paid school breaks, vacation time, and sick leave.
