We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and dedicated Behavioral Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide structured support for our 6-year-old son with ADHD during his critical morning and evening routines.
This position is ideal for an RBT student, someone with ABA experience, or a highly skilled nanny/aide familiar with executive functioning challenges.
The Need: Focus on Behavior & Routine
Our son is 6 (Kindergarten age) and takes ADHD medication. We need support specifically during the times his medication is not active (AM and PM) when he needs consistent structure, high rates of redirection, and positive reinforcement to stay on task.

Required Skills: Proficiency in visual schedules, first/then statements, and positive reinforcement techniques.

Morning (AM) - 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM (1.5 hours): Prompting to get dressed, eating breakfast, packing school bag, and driving him to school (school is very close by).
Evening (PM) - 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM (1 hour): Helping him transition to dinner, manage eating, and stay on track with his shower/bedtime routine.
Pay: Negotiable
Start Date: ASAP
