Position Overview:
Napa School of Music is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Piano and Voice Teacher to join our team! If you are passionate about music education and have a knack for inspiring students to reach their full potential, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach private piano and voice lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.
- Develop individualized lesson plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Prepare students for recitals, performances, and auditions.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Communicate progress with students and parents regularly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Music, Music Education, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in teaching piano and voice to a diverse student base.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, motivating, and enthusiastic teaching approach.
