Laurel Hill Nursery School is seeking a part time Preschool Teacher to join our community for the 2024-2025 school year. Our parent cooperative preschool provides the opportunity to work closely with children and families. We are seeking a professional who cares passionately about play based learning and parent education.
A Co-Op Nursery School since 1946, Laurel Hill is one of the oldest and largest cooperative nursery schools in the San Francisco area. Qualifications:
Complete fingerprinting & background check
Provide immunization records
Minimum 12 core ECE units completed
Experience working as a teacher in Early Childhood Education
Confidence and compassion in working with parents
Knowledge of play-based curriculum
Strong communication and leadership skills
Position starts August 12th for Staff Training week; 8 hour CPR/First Aid Training included
What we offer:
$25 per hour
Part-time hours: 12-5pm Monday-Friday
