We are looking for a Part Time Teacher or Assistant for our 2-3 year old children who can work in the morning session. 5 days from 8am-1pm.
First Presbyterian Church Preschool is a well-known leader in providing childcare in the Bay Area. We provide a Christian, play-based, developmentally appropriate program for children ages two to five years old. We value creativity and allow each child to develop naturally in a caring, kind and respectful environment. We offer part time and extended day programs. We have a spacious, safe and well-maintained facility both indoors and outdoors. There are many materials available to the teachers to use in their classrooms. We are a block away from Broadway Avenue in Burlingame.
Here are the qualifications we desire:
TEACHER
- Minimum of 12 ECE units (ECE Certificate or AS Degree or higher preferred)
ASSISTANT
- Minimum of 6 ECE units
Desired qualification for our team:
- Must be dedicated, high-energy, creative, flexible and team player
- Communicate effectively with children and staff.
- Previous experience working in a group setting with young children preferred.
- CPR/First Aid Certification
