Seeking a fun, dedicated Preschool Teacher and Center Aide! We are located in Daly City. The Latchkey Alternative Center has served the Bay Area for 40 years. We are a highly energetic hands-on learning environment. We have a full-year preschool program and a before and after-school school-age component.
Our staff are required to come prepared for work and ready for fun. We are searching for a new, energetic, dedicated preschool teacher. ( Min. 12 ECE units, preferred 24)We also have an all-around staff aide to help with kitchen duties, teacher prep, clean up, administrative work, and more! ( no units required, preferred 12)
This position is full-time but I am willing to be flexible if the applicant prefers. I am flexible with college students and parents. Work hours are between 7:30 am-6 pm Monday-Friday: no nights or weekends.
Qualifications:
Preschool Teacher Minimum - 12 ECE units preferred 24; Classroom Aide - No units required, 12 preferred
At least 1 year of experience within childcare
Must be available between the hours mentioned above.
Working with Preschool ages 3-5
Good physical health and good time management skills are required. This position is extremely active
You are expected to compose a curriculum and daily activities.
