Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, compassionate Program Director to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, particularly in Reggio Emilia and primary caregiving. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily program operations and curriculum implementation
Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with families, children, and staff
Guide teachers in applying Reggio-inspired, child-centered learning approaches
Foster a nurturing, dynamic environment that aligns with our primary caregiving philosophy
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the learning experience
Qualifications
Extensive experience in early childhood education and program management
Knowledge of Reggio Emilia principles and primary caregiving
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
