Holistic ABA is a progressive ABA company that prioritizes supporting persons with ASD through a holistic, person-centered, and trauma informed lens. Our mission is to provide behavioral therapy that honors the strengths, complexities, and individuality of every client we work with.

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Sonoma and Marin Counties. We are a small but rapidly growing company that is changing the way ABA is delivered. We provide high-quality, client centered ABA services for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. We support individuals of all ages with home-based services. We also serve clients in schools and community settings.

We place a strong emphasis on parent training and involvement, and work closely with all relevant family members to address the underlying issues resulting in maladaptive behaviors. Our sessions with clients are built on a foundation of trust, resting in the understanding that real change happens within the context of secure relationships.

Our BCBA will work closely with the Clinical Director to implement the following;

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee a caseload of clients, ensuring all treatment plans are relevant and tailored to individual needs and goals.

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans, continuously adjusting based on data and client progress.

Attend in-person client sessions weekly, in client homes, schools or in the community

Provide ongoing supervision and training to RBTs and behavioral consultants, ensuring adherence to treatment plans and best practices.

Maintain required documentation including daily session notes and progress reports

Facilitate regular team meetings and clinical supervision to support staff development.

Ensure rigorous data-driven decision-making, conducting progress reviews and making necessary program modifications.

Use and oversee data collection and billing technologies including WebABA, Catalyst and Google Workspace

Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals (e.g., teachers, therapists) to ensure a comprehensive, consistent approach to care across environments.

Lead family training sessions to equip parents and caregivers with tools and strategies to support generalization of skills across settings.

Attend IEPs, conduct school observations and/or support parents in communication and collaboration with schools and other service providers.

Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification.

A minimum of 2 years experience working with individuals diagnosed with ASD and developmental disabilities.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience managing a caseload and supervising RBTs or other behavioral staff

Available to work in the evenings and some weekends depending on client/ family needs

A valid CA drivers license and reliable transportation

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Willingness to travel: 75% (Required)
