(501c) a non -profit tutoring program specializing in after school tutoring at local school site we primarily contract with certified teachers tutoring with groups no larger than 5 students to one certificated teacher, we tutor basic ( not above 5th grade level ) mathematics and other skills. We are founded as a non -profit based on the principle that superior tutoring is achieved by professional educators committed to developing and supporting student learning. Job Requirements
Certificated teachers are preferred
awareness and understanding of California ( Common Core) grade level standards
a fun, upbeat personality and strong interpersonal skills
tutoring-teaching experience preferred
able to provide clear fingerprinting-TB screening record
a schedule - that calls for after school attendance at local school site up to 3 days per week
