Small warehouse in San Jose was inspected by the building department. The original 1958 construction is a small building 20'x100' single story w/11' high flat roof, basic framed construction. The inspector's noted some improvements were not permitted including one upstairs room, stairs, a sliding glass door, and a couple of walls.
Services needed: need a local architect/draftsman to draw up the existing building plan. And propose s design for a building permit to bring existing building up to code. And also to propose add'l improvements.
