Job Title: Commercial Concrete Estimator

Integrated Concrete Construction is seeking a senior-level Commercial Concrete Estimator with a minimum of 10 years of experience. This position is responsible for developing accurate and timely proposals and estimates for commercial concrete projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

Perform all project estimating responsibilities

Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and material pricing

Determine labor, material, and equipment costs

Review plans, specifications, and contract documents

Estimate all project costs and produce complete bid packages

Develop and maintain project bid schedules

Solicit vendor and second-tier subcontractor quotes

Analyze bids and proposals for accuracy and completeness

Negotiate pricing and assist in closing awarded projects

Prepare bid and proposal compilations

Submit material purchase requisitions

Update estimating databases and historical cost data

Oversee the estimating department and assist in training staff

Develop and maintain strong client and industry relationships

Coordinate project turnover from estimating to project management

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 10 years of commercial concrete estimating experience

Strong understanding of concrete scopes, means and methods

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Proven ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously

Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

Experience working with vendors, subcontractors, and clients

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Technology & Systems

Comfortable using estimating software and digital takeoff tools

Willingness to adopt new technologies and improve estimating processes

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Experience with database-driven estimating systems preferred
