We are seeking a qualified expert witness to assist with roof leak and water damage litigation cases. The ideal candidate will have experience in flat roofing systems, building envelope performance, and water intrusion.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough on-site inspections and investigations
Prepare comprehensive written reports with findings and opinions
Participate in depositions as required
Provide trial testimony if cases proceed to court
Qualifications Preferred:
Professional engineering or contractor's license or equivalent credentials in roofing/building systems
Minimum 5 years of experience in roofing, waterproofing, or building envelope consulting
Prior expert witness experience preferred (but not necessary)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
